My name is Sean McEvoy, and I am a photographer based in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

 

Growing up, I wanted to be a cartoonist for Walt Disney Studios, which I think gives me a creative eye and that attention to detail.

 

But sometimes life takes a turn and we don't always end up where we thought we would be in life.

Graduating high school, and knowing I didn't want to go to college, I decided to join the military at the tender age of 17.

 

After 15 years as an Air Weapons Systems Technician in the Royal Canadian Air Force, my service ended abruptly due to a career ending injury. I had to hang up my uniform and I decided to trade it for a camera.

 

I haven't looked back since.

 

I'm a self taught photographer who doesn't play by the rules of photography and likes to take that next step to create something unique and different.
